"Office Experience Roleplay is a social dress-up and roleplay experience set in an office environment, where players use in-game tools, dances, and avatar customisation to act out scenarios with others."

This experience gives children a creative social outlet — they can express themselves through avatar design, roleplay storytelling, and collaborative scenarios with other players. The dress-up and morph system encourages imaginative character-building, and the social structure rewards players who engage with others cooperatively. For children who enjoy performance, fashion, and improvisational play, this is a welcoming canvas.

Ce Ă  quoi faire attention

With up to 50 players per server and open social interaction, children will encounter unknown adults — the experience is designed around socialising with strangers, which is its primary risk. The in-game catalog and coin-collection mechanic introduce mild monetization and reward loop elements worth noting. UGC avatar items and player-driven roleplay scenarios mean content can occasionally drift into themes that weren't designed by the developers.

Conseil parent

Play a session alongside your child and ask them to introduce you to their favourite roleplay scenario — it's a natural way to open a conversation about online friendships and who they're chatting with in-game.

Bottom line first

By default, Roblox allows unfiltered chat and friend requests from strangers. Enable Account Restrictions immediately — it takes 2 minutes and makes the platform significantly safer for children under 13.

Roblox is a platform of 40 million+ user-made games, not a single game. Quality, safety, and age-appropriateness vary dramatically between experiences. The LumiKin ratings above reflect individual experiences — the platform itself does not guarantee safety.

Robux is the in-game currency used across most popular experiences. Many games are designed around Robux spending — pay-to-win mechanics, exclusive cosmetics, and social comparison of avatar items are common. Set a clear spending policy before your child encounters the first purchase prompt.

The chat filter is imperfect. Children regularly find workarounds (number substitutions, deliberate misspellings). Monitor chat history periodically using the Parent PIN tools, and have an open conversation about what to do if someone says something uncomfortable.

Action: Roblox settings → Privacy → Account Restrictions (ON). This restricts chat, friend requests, and game access to a pre-screened age-appropriate set. Set a Parent PIN to prevent your child from disabling it.
